They had great deals, but the store seemed to be in disarray - displays not organized, piles of merchandise vs neat stacks, etc. Easy access via the subway though, so I’ll probably be back
Customer service is the worst. I honest believe that this is a disgrace to Saks to have a place like that. Employees are very rude and don't really care or even try to help out. Yes it is discounted and cheap but not really worth it because the clothes is very old fashion. They should really shut it down.

Poor selection. Non existent employees. Disorganized. I'll let my secret out. There is a great Sacks at a NH outlet mall. Well worth the effortless drive with plenty of parking.
