I made an order from Oklahoma for a friend that lives in Somerville and the lady from Mystic Florist (apologies I didn't catch your name) called me to let me know that the arrangement I ordered wasn't available. She worked with me to get it remedied and went above and beyond - just superior customer service and my friend loved the flowers she got that afternoon! I couldn't recommend them enough!!
