Great classes. Great energy. Great atmosphere. All the instructors try to get the best of you, always in a safe way. I have low back problems and they always offer me an option to do the exercise. Can't get enough!
I like the way how the trainer pushes to strive more but still allows you to workout at your own pace and level. You definitely get encouraged and not intimidated.
I love the workout and the way it changes every day......no chance of getting bored!! I love that the hour goes by so quick! I love all the coaches they are all so nice and supportive and just the right about of intensity to make you push harder! I love that if an exercise doesn't work for me I'm given options I don't have to kill myself trying to do something that will end up hurting me. Overall I LOVE ORANGETHEORY!!!!
I played College Basketball and Orange Theory is by far the best workout that I have found since then. The trainers get to know you and keep you motivated. You look forward to coming to classes. The workouts are always different, keeping you surprised as to what you will be doing that day. Your constantly working different muscle groups. You are focoused for 1 hour never having to wait for machines or weights. The Assembly Row location is immaculate! The fitness equipment is very well maintained and clean. The staff is always friendly. I would highly recommend Orange Theory Fitness! You will love it too!
What an awesome workout! I've been looking for something for a long time that challenges me physically and mentally and this class does it for me every single time. The trainers are also awesome (especially Reegan!!).
