I had an amazing experience here recently! My boyfriend and I were shopping. I had gone into the dressing room to try on some jeans and he came over so I could show him them and ask his opinion. He was standing in front of the stall I was in when an employee came over to explain that someone had complained that he was in the dressing area. She was sweet, kind, and professional. We both immediately felt bad and my boyfriend moved outside the dressing area. Later when checking out the same girl who has spoken to us rung me up and she was very polite and apologetic about the whole situation. It was an awkward situation and this girl was just trying to make everyone happy. I unfortunately did not catch her name but she turned an uncomfortable situation into a pleasant one. I felt very comfortable continuing to be in the store after her speaking with us and I will have no problem returning. I fact she made me so comfortable that I would prefer this store over others in the future.

I really enjoy the store, and the shoe specialist has a great personality and was very helpful. What i noticed that was highly unprofessional is that there was no one in the front of the store to greet anyone. No one walks around to stop and ask if anyone needs help. When the store's Head Manger, is not there the other co workers play around. I actually witnessed co-workers Humping each other at the register . At my job, also retail...unacceptable. Also having their own conversations while customers have to walk up to ask for help. The store was overwhelmed with clothes. It was hard to find what I was looking for. The jewelry was all over the place, I couldn't find my size ring. But other than that they have great things to choose from if you can find your size but I love the shoes, I will be back to buy more shoes with the shoe specialist, I believe her name was shaqula. And the head Manger. So could have been at least a 4 star.... maybe if it improves. Still would recommend.
