Great service! I went in looking for a lock, they walked me through why a U-lock is needed for the area, then installed the mount for no charge. He even lubed the lock hole to make it easier to maintain!
I purchased a bike here in 2015 and my wife purchased her bike today. I have always found the employees to be super helpful and the mechanics know their stuff. No hard sell. They have all the accessories you need. Sure, if you go there on a Saturday afternoon when the weather is nice it may be a bit crowded but you expect that.
