I bought my family-friendly bike from Bicycle Belle almost 2 years ago. In retrospect, I should have bought something a bit more rugged -- as I ride fairly hard, with a heavy load of kids + gear, and I ride through the winter in all weather. If there is a weak component, my riding exposes it! When some warranty issues came up, the crew at the store was always willing to replace the component, or offer an upgraded component at a small price difference.
This is a great bicycle store and a great resource for biking families. Carice the owner has been wonderful in giving me advice and helping me get my old bike set up with a rock, solid child safety seat while also being very patient and helpful as I research new cargo bike options. Her shop also carries lots of nice biking accessories. My only wish is that her shop were located on my side of the river.
I cannot say enough about how great the owner and staff are. They are knowledgeable and helpful and consistently provide excellent service. My family has purchased two bikes here and we couldn't be happier with the ongoing service.
